Under the direction of Chef Andrew Morrison, Dalvay maintains a tradition of offering the finest & freshest local ingedients. Our menu changes throughout the season to reflect what is seasonably available. Andrew Morrison was recently awarded Chef of the Year by the PEI Chef's Association and is currently the Manager of the PEI Chef's Association Competitition Culinary Team   more
 
  
Dining at Dalvay
The dining experience at Dalvay has always been memorable for cuisine, ambience and personal service. We offer a beautiful setting in both our original wood panelled dining room built in 1895 and also the newly designed MacMillan Room. The MacMillan Dining Room, added to Dalvay in 1999, is a spacious, pine panelled room offering vistas of Dalvay lake and grounds from every table. Reservations are always recommended for dinner service.

Group of 20 to larger groups of 100 can enjoy all of our amenities and a unique environment from traditional convention/event facilities. Shoulder season dates for exclusive events and resort season for smaller events are possible.   more
